The Bar

The pub offers a wide range of traditional draught beers and lagers. Fine wines are also available by the glass or the bottle.

From the bar a wide range of bar snacks and meals are served both inside and outside and during summer, in the extensive gardens. In the winter there is always a welcoming open log fire. In the summer - a quiet backdrop of willows and flowers.

Both children and dogs are welcome in the pub and the front garden. The back garden has an extensive play area for children.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from Noon until 3pm (last orders for food at 2:30pm) and again from 6pm until 11pm (last orders for food at 9:30pm). Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays we are open from Noon until 5pm, with the A La Carte menu being served until 2:30pm and the Bar Snacks & Traditional Dishes menu served until 4:30pm. The Sunday Carvery is served from Noon until 2:30pm every Sunday (unless otherwise advertised).
